On November 5, 1955 Claudine Hiscock Paquette gave birth to a baby boy at the G&M Hospital in Collingwood Ontario. She named her son Dale Clair Paquette
On the Statement of Birth, which was completed on March 5, 1956 Claudine indicated tthat there was one child born alive prior to Dale's birth. It appears that there is one older sibling.
Claudine's address atht tis time was 124 Glencairne Ave Toronto.
She indicated that she was married at this time however there is no information regarding the husband. This may indicate that her husband was not the father of Dale.

The adoption was a private one handled by William Korz who is the brother of the adoptive father George Korz. http://pview.findlaw.com/view/1168515_1 Unfortunately William Korz is deceased but it is hoped some who may have worked for him or with him may have some information. When William Korz (Uncle Bill) was asked by Dale/Brian (when Dale/Brian was about 30) about his adoption he was told that it was a long time ago and he could not remember and that the records were not kept.
I find it very curious that a man who handled an adoption for his only sibling would not have any details. This makes me think that the adoption was being kept a secret for some unknown reason. Perhaps some one (family member) was being protected.....
Dale was adopted in 1956 by George and Barbara Korz. They named him Brian James Korz. At this time they lived on 7th street in Toronto. They later had three other children Wendy Korz Copperthwaite, Rob and Craig and moved to Mississauga.
Unfortunately George and Barb are no longer with us. Wendy had told Dale *Brian* that he has two half sisters. She would not or could share any more information. It appears that Claudine or some one from her family was in contact with Dale"s adoptive family.

Father William J Hiscock Born Dec 24 1881 Died July 31 1956.
Una Claudine Hiscock born in 1933 in Harbour Main Newfoundland to William J Hiscock and Marion Elizabeth Hiscock.
Evelyn Tina Hiscock Born about 1930
Malcolm J Hiscock Born about 1931
Joyce M Hiscock Born about 1940
To date I have been unable to locate any of these siblings. I believe I tracked Malcolm Hiscock (and a wife Mary) to Toronto in the early 60's and to Calgary in the late 60's. This information was found on voters lists. I also found a reference to Malcolm that indicated he was in the RCAF.
